Many IT providers claim to be responsive, but don’t have the resources to make the magic happen when it’s most needed.
E2E Technologies is an IT provider that predominately provides managed IT services. This means that we look after clients with a package of services for which they pay a monthly fee. We maintain systems, look after compliance, make sure the company’s data is secure, and when the proverbial hits the fan we respond. Very quickly.
Of course, most of our work is done remotely offsite. Our group of technicians can log in to client systems and fix the vast majority of problems quickly, thereby saving the client downtime and a considerable amount of money.
But what about those occasions when our managed IT clients’ problems can’t be fixed remotely? Or our ad-hoc clients need help very quickly but we don’t have the necessary remote access to fix the problem from the comfort of our own offices? Of course, we have to visit the site and get there as quickly as humanly possible.
It’s these types of scenarios that prompted E2E Technologies to expand its office locations over the last couple of years. We wanted to increase our capacity to become truly responsive and serve the wider business community. This meant branching out from Upton, Wirral where we have been located since establishing E2E Technologies in 2012.
Expansion into Liverpool
In 2020 we moved into our second office in Liverpool at Hurricane Court, Speke. We put a lot of consideration into deciding on the location of our second home. It needed to provide the speedy access we were looking for to the surrounding areas.
At just 7 miles from the M57 and M62 interchange, Hurricane Court offered a perfect solution. From there we can reach Liverpool city centre in around 20 to 30 minutes, and the business hubs of Warrington and St Helen’s within half an hour.
Expansion into Chester
We knew that many areas in Cheshire and North Wales didn’t have access to sufficiently responsive on-site IT services. We looked for an ideal location to service those areas and decided upon The Purple Office in Tattenhall, mainly due to its convenient access to the A41, A49 and A534.
From the office in Tattenhall we can reach businesses in Cheshire, North Wales and Crewe within half an hour. There are also many rural businesses near to Tattenhall that can benefit from having an IT provider within such close proximity.
Managed IT Services
One of the aspects of expanding into other areas that the E2E team has most enjoyed over the last couple of years, is building relationships with businesses in different communities.
Through our managed IT support packages we get to know our clients very well. Our offsite and onsite support isn’t always for times of crisis! Through general system maintenance, software development, compliance, security and expert advice we’re looked upon as an offsite IT department that can be called upon whenever we’re needed.
We build a rapport with the client’s staff which means they feel comfortable about approaching us for help, knowing that we will always respond. This is a person-centred approach that reaps benefits for both the provider and the client.
